How does evaporative cooling work?

It takes advantage of the natural adiabatic principle to cool medium and large environments

Adiabatic evaporative cooling is the oldest system known for cooling environments and takes advantage of the natural physical principle in which water, as it evaporates, lowers the temperature of the surrounding environment. The adiabatic system produces cooling through the energy exchange between the water and the air.

• An internal fan intakes air from the environment and flows it against a special evaporating panel
• The evaporating panels are made up of cellulose and are continuously bathed with water through a cold water pumping and distribution system
• The air crosses the water-filled alveoli in the evaporating panel and is cooled, transferring its heat to the water, which evaporates
• The fan returns the cooled and cleaned air to the environment
• At the end, the cooler automatically drains the residual water from inside to prevent stagnation

The many air exchanges guaranteed by the system keep the environment cool and pleasant, eliminating dust, stale air, odours and germs. This solution is ideal for cooling medium to large environments, but also for cooling individual machines or work islands. The cool air is distributed even in environments with doors and windows open.
